The Founder of R & Y Group – Ms Ayako
Ayako is the founder & president of the Group and has extensive experience in lingerie & beauty market. She has been engaged in R&D of Oriental woman’s lingerie for two decades. With her comprehensive experience in integrated marketing, she plays a decisive role of woman’s lingerie market in Asia Pacific. She awarded the reputation of “The Creator & Vanguard in lingerie & beauty market”.
Madam Ayako has got married in Japan since 1975. She experienced the functional lingerie with innovative designs which imported from Europe in 1983. Owing to her instinct of innovation and sharing, she believed that “these shall not only be possessed by Japanese women”. After that in 1988, she introduced woman’s body-shaping lingerie and marketing culture strategy to Taiwan. With “Healthy Project & Beautiful Life” as the operation objective, she successfully established Re-Young International Group in Taiwan in the hope that oriental women experience perfect body figure and to propagate the culture of beauty
Madam Ayako is a successful and outstanding entrepreneur and she awarded several honorary titles under her name. In addition, Ms Ayako is very enthusiastic about the charity activities. With the concept of “Gaining from the society and contributes to the society”, she actively donated to sponsor for the children’s education in Taiwan as well as Mainland China.
The motto of Ms Ayako is “There are too many things to choose, but one never begins to do it, everything will be nothing if you don’t put them into practice”. Madam Ayako has expanded Re-Young business from Japan to Taiwan within several years; based in Hong Kong and Macau and other major cities in Asia. She expects to develop a lingerie kingdom in China with several billions of sales turnover.
